Gut Health

Having a healthy gut means more than just proper digestion. 80% of your immune system lives in your gut. It’s the gateway to optimal health, so if your gut isn’t healthy, you—and your immune system—can’t be healthy, either.

Poor/ inflammatory diets, lack of fiber, stress, toxins, and environmental factors can all throw off the balance of our microbiome (the ecosystem of the GUT). This leads to intestinal permeability aka leaky gut, which disrupts the immune system we just spoke of, causing a whole host of problems in our body.

  • Skin rashes/ acne
  • Weight gain
  • Brain Fog
  • Fatigue
  • Hormonal imbalances

There are simple ways to help repair and restore balance in the GUT to make sure it’s functioning optimally so you can too!
