Kayla Blann, FNP

Kayla Blann is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on hormone health and whole-person care. She is certified in the Evexias Method for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to hormone optimization, and has hands-on experience with hormone pellet therapy.

Kayla believes feeling your best starts with understanding the full picture. She takes the time to look closely at each patient’s symptoms, labs, and lifestyle to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term health, not just short-term relief.

Her clinical background also includes regenerative medicine, IV therapies, and certification as an EBOO practitioner, giving her a well-rounded perspective on wellness and longevity.

Above all, Kayla is passionate about patient education. She wants every patient to leave their visit understanding their care, knowing what to expect, and feeling truly heard.

Shelby Healy

Office Manager

Shelby is our Office Manager and the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly at Revive Wellness. With a degree in Business Management, she combines her professional background with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors. Building connections and making people feel comfortable from beginning to end is what she enjoys most about her role. Shelby is deeply passionate about health and wellness and believes everyone deserves to feel confident and supported in their journey. She strives to make every interaction personable and uplifting so clients leave not only feeling cared for, but truly excited about the path ahead.

Edith Quinonez

Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant

Edith is our Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant, she is passionate about guiding patients through their health journey with compassion, education, and personalized support. With over six years of experience in the health and wellness field, she believes in taking a holistic, functional medicine approach—focusing on identifying and addressing the root cause rather than simply managing symptoms.

Her passion for wellness began through her own health journey. After struggling with chronic allergies, Edith discovered that many of her symptoms were connected to the foods she was eating and the lifestyle habits she had developed. That experience inspired her to dive deeper into nutrition, functional medicine, and the powerful connection between lifestyle and long-term health.

Edith is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and has a background in personal training, specializing in helping postmenopausal women build strength and confidence through sustainable lifestyle changes. She believes that true wellness is built through nutrition, movement, hormone balance, and healthy daily habits, and she is dedicated to empowering patients with practical, evidence-informed strategies that support lasting health and vitality.

Nikki Weglarz

Clinical Operations Coordinator

Nikki is a Certified Medical Assistant with a strong background in women’s health, hormone replacement, and thyroid care. Her years of hands-on experience mean she truly understands the questions, concerns, and ups and downs that come with balancing hormones, and she uses that knowledge to help patients feel informed and confident every step of the way. As our Front Office Coordinator, Nikki guides patients through their journey at Revive and is the warm, welcoming face at our front desk.
