Your Initial Consultation – A thorough, two-part process designed to give you the full picture before we ever discuss treatment — so your first visit is about action, not guesswork.

1. History, Labs & Body Scan
Before anything else, we learn your story. A detailed health history and intake are completed, and a comprehensive lab order is placed so we have a full biological picture ready before your visit.

Blood draw completed in-office, or sent to LabCorp or Quest if you are out of town
Lab cost is included in your initial consultation fee — no surprise charges
Body scan performed the day of your blood draw
Results reviewed and a detailed written interpretation is sent to you before your visit — giving you time to absorb everything at your own pace

2. Consultation & Treatment Plan
A focused 45-minute visit where we bring everything together. By this point, you’ve had time to review your results — so this conversation is about direction, not information overload.

Review goals developed together from your intake and lab results
