Frequently Asked Questions at Revive Wellness

  1. How do I get started?
Give us a call, and we’d be happy to walk you through our consultation options and help you choose
the one that’s right for you.
  2. Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide a level of
personalized care beyond the limitations of insurance companies.
We can provide a Superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible
out-of-network reimbursement; however, coverage is not guaranteed.
  3. Can I use my insurance for lab work?
Yes! Follow-up lab work can often be submitted through EVEXIAS using your insurance.
  4. Do you see patients in Georgia?
Yes! We do see patients from Georgia, but because we’re only licensed to practice telehealth in SC,
NC, and FL, Georgia patients need to be seen in person at our office (about 25–30 minutes outside
Savannah). The good news is after your first visit, ongoing care is typically just twice a year in
person — so it’s very manageable even with the drive.
  5. How do I request medication refills?
Please contact your local pharmacy directly for prescription refills. If you have no refills remaining,
your pharmacy will send us a refill request on your behalf.
  6. When should I use the patient portal chat feature?
The patient portal is intended for non-urgent, non-emergency questions related to your care.
Please use the portal for simple medical questions that can be answered without an appointment. If
you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
  7. Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, we do not offer in-house payment plans. However, we do accept HSA, FSA, and
CareCredit as payment options to help make your care more accessible.
